This work is personal to me. I've lived with chronic pain, autoimmune illness, and deep burnout, so I truly understand what it means to feel disconnected from your body. Reiki and therapeutic touch were a turning point in my healing, and now I’m honored to offer that same sense of support, relief, and reconnection to others. Whether you're here for pain relief, stress release, or a moment of rest to be nurtured, I meet you with listening hands and an open heart.
