The desire for Happiness is at the core of everything that we seek,

from feeling good in our bodies, and about who we are, to our relationships, our activities, the money we earn and the things we own. What stands in the way of happiness more than anything I know is STRESS. Stress colors how we see and what we feel about every single element of our lives. When we bring down stress, our bodies feel better, we sleep better, some of our health issues clear up, we feel happier about who we are, our relationships improve, we can feel more gratitude for all that we already have, and more toward our dreams with greater ease and joy. Relaxing and letting go of stress is not easy. The higher my stress the harder it is for me to truly relax. Overwhelm can show up for me at any time and I need simple tools that can be used anywhere to take the edge off my stress and tension.

A minimum of 2 standard bed pillows will be needed. More props = more comfort, blankets, towels, yoga bolster, yoga blocks can all be helpful.

Practice on your bed or a blanket on the floor.

We'll weave the Buddhist Loving Kindness meditation into a gentle restorative yoga practice to cultivate compassion and nurture mind, body, and spirit.

A minimum of 2 standard bed pillows will be needed.

More props = more comfort, bring blankets, towels, bolster, and a journal if you like. About 90 mins.
