Another Yoga, Pranayama (breathwork), and Meditation session done gracefully🙏✨ This was an all-women’s class, which essentially focused on women’s health (hormones & more). Students loved the chickpea-flour dessert, a post-class snack I made for them, and smiled their sore arms and legs away🙂 Reach out to book group or/and private classes.🙏

🌿✨Recently, I had the pleasure of teaching a yoga, pranayama, and meditation class at Lilly’s Hideaway, nestled inside Lilly’s Indian Cuisine in Jenkintown.

11 students joined for a day of mindful movement, breathwork, and soulful chanting. Together, we explored various pranayama techniques, synchronized our breathing, and immersed ourselves in calming AUM (Om) chants that filled the room with peace and positive energy. It was truly inspiring to witness strangers coming together, forming a community rooted in mindfulness.

Afterwards, everyone enjoyed a delicious Indian lunch at Lilly’s where new friendships blossomed around the table. Please contact me for yoga, pranayama, meditation and Bhangra (an upbeat, energetic, Indian dance): both group and private sessions offered. 😇🌸🧘‍♂️

🌸✨Breathe & Bend with Nidhi!✨🌸 Escape the hustle and reconnect with yourself through a soulful Yoga and Meditation session led by Nidhi followed by an Indian lunch (included) at Lilly's. This special class will focus on the classical Hatha flow of asanas, breathing sequences (pranayama), and guided mantra chanting meditation to help you find calm and clarity. After our mindful practice, enjoy a very traditional lunch served in a beautiful Indian thali—featuring a delicious appetizer, two flavorful entrees, fresh naan, and a sweet dessert.
