Another Yoga, Pranayama (breathwork), and Meditation session done gracefully🙏✨ This was an all-women’s class, which essentially focused on women’s health (hormones & more). Students loved the chickpea-flour dessert, a post-class snack I made for them, and smiled their sore arms and legs away🙂 Reach out to book group or/and private classes.🙏
