Affirmations are powerful words or phrases that you can say out loud to yourself to help you achieve your goals.

Choose affirmations that feel good when you say them vs. choosing things that make you feel like you are trying to convince yourself of something that isn’t true...

If you are new to saying affirmations, commit to saying one affirmation a day for the next week, a minimum of five times per day.

These are some of my favorite affirmations:
1. I trust and believe in my body's ability to conceive a healthy baby.
2. My body is strong and capable of carrying a healthy pregnancy to term.
3. I am open to receiving the love and support I need on my journey to motherhood.
4. I release any fears or doubts about my ability to conceive and trust that everything will happen in divine timing.
5. I am grateful for the opportunity to bring a new life into this world and I am excited for the journey ahead.

Whether you are angry at the world because your friends are getting pregnant after 1 month of trying, or you are just at the beginning of this journey, optimizing your chances at getting pregnant takes some time!

You might be thinking that you are already doing pretty well. You eat healthy food and have reduced your weekly drinks. And for some of us, that might not be enough.

Is "I skip breakfast but I have a salad for lunch" your version of healthy? Is "I eat less than 1500 calories a day and do hiit classes" your version of healthy? It might be time to rethink what healthy really means when trying to get pregnant!

Working with a fertility coach can help you reach your goal faster and better, regardless of how you are trying, naturally or through fertility treatments. While giving yourself the best chance of conception won’t happen overnight, you will be improving your chances every day. Some diet and lifestyle changes take longer to implement than others and certain actions are more critical to your chances.

Self-care is an essential part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. It involves taking care of your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Self-care can help reduce stress, improve mood, and boost overall quality of life.

Self-care doesn't necessarily mean going to a spa. It means prioritizing yourself and your fertility journey. This is the moment where you say NO more often and choose yourself.

Start with something easy that simply makes you feel better, like enjoying an evening cup of warm tea or listening to your favorite music.

I have a bunch of self-care activities on my to-do list, but some of my favorite things to do are challenging myself to drink more water, and going to bed a little bit earlier than usual.

As you probably know, some supplements that may help boost fertility and egg quality include omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, Coenzyme Q10, folate and a good probiotic.

It goes without saying that, before taking any supplements, you should talk to your healthcare provider, nutritionist, or health coach to get a “customized” plan that is made for you and tailored to your needs.

Additionally, some herbal supplements, such as maca root, chasteberry, and red raspberry leaf may also improve fertility.

Personally, I believe that food is medicine. And while I do recommend supplements, I always want to make sur you are getting all the right nutrients through your diet, first!

Among the recommended supplements, CoQ10 is one of my favorites. Why? Because several studies have suggested that CoQ10 supplementation improves s***m quality and motility and acts as a powerful antioxidant on our eggs, protecting the cells from damage caused by free radicals.

What Is Your Daily Self-Care Routine...Do You Even Have One??

We all know how busy life can get, and it can be hard to find time for ourselves. That’s why self-care is so important.
Taking time to focus on your won wellbeing can help you stay healthy, both physically and mentally. And reach your goals sooner!
For some...self-care might mean making sure they take a long nice bath or eat breakfast without being in a rush.
For others...it might mean drinking more water or even making their bed in the morning.
It might mean setting some stricter boundaries or getting some help with childcare responsibilities so that they can go shopping or to the gym.
Self-care is going to look different for everyone. Sometimes, the best form of self-care is saying NO.

Think about what you must have/do to be your best on a daily basis.
Then make it a priority.
Ask for what you need and expect it…

Because when you get what you need...everything and everyone you give yourself to in a day will also benefit…

Struggling to find fertility-friendly and satisfying meals?
This veggie stir-fry is one of my favorite option. It’s ready in minutes and 100% customizable with your favorite veggies! I always top it with a fried egg or tofu!

Here’s the recipe :)

Vegetable Stir Fry Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (evo, avocado or coconut)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snow peas
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water

Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add the carrots, bell pepper, broccoli, and snow peas and cook for 5 minutes.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water.
5. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir to combine.
6. Cook for an additional 3 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
7. Serve hot over rice and top with tofu or fried egg!

Hormone balance doesn’t have to be complicated.

Here are 6 easy everyday tips to take care of your hormones and feel good!



Eat a balanced diet that includes plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins.
Regular exercise can help reduce stress hormones and increase endorphins, which can help to balance hormones.
Getting enough sleep is essential for hormone balance. Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night.
Stress can have a major impact on hormone balance. Try to reduce stress through relaxation techniques such as yoga, meditation and deep breathing.
Processed foods can contain additives and chemicals than can disrupt hormone balance. Try to avoid them as much as possible.
Alcohol and caffeine are detrimental for your hormone balance. Avoid alcohol and limit caffeine to 1 cup per day.

When You Have “One Of Those Days”...

If you have been struggling with infertility, whether it’s been months or years, you know that this journey is not at all linear…and that it may require some efforts!

Building healthy habits that can improve your fertility and rebalance your hormones is very important. But it is also extremely tiring and extenuating...

So today I want you to remember this. This journey is not about perfection, it’s about progress!

Setbacks are a part of the process.

Having a setback doesn’t mean that you have done anything wrong or that your process or plan is not working...

It just means that you are having an off day.

When I have an off day I do two things:

First, I offer myself grace and remind myself that perfectionism is not helpful in these situations

Second, I step back and choose an easier plan for the next day or two

Always, always go back to the basics:
Stay Hydrated
Prioritize sleep
Move your body

If you are feeling like you are in the middle of a setback… write down 3-5 healthy and achievable habits for you to focus on for the next days so you can start to feel better quickly.

I’m back after a quite long break spent recording new content for The Fertility Reboot System program!

And today I need a break from all fertility-related topics LOL…so…What Is Your Dream Home?
Are you a “live by the ocean” kind of person or do you want to be right in the middle of all the action in a world-class city?

Or maybe you want to experience “van life” and tour the world?

I would definitely choose to live by the beach because I am addicted to warm weather and sunshine….I also enjoy long naps on the beach and fresh seafood!
Although…city-life is a close second because I love having access to a wide range of cultural activities and entertainment options!

Which one would you choose?
