If you’ve been feeling pressure to sprint this month, don’t. January is for resetting, not rushing. ✨

Use the down time to create simple systems that work for you:
• Time block work + personal life
• Set alarms for breaks (especially if your brain needs it)
• Stop working when your block ends — it’ll be there tomorrow! (This one is major key, close the laptop friend.)

Less burnout. More balance.

Hey friend! So let’s chat about intentional job seeking. ✨

The job market is tough so understanding your worth and value is that much more important. Job seeking out of desperation is a default that is completely understandable (bills don’t pay themselves) but it’s not sustainable for your wellbeing long term.

So how do you search with purpose? Get clear on what you want and need in your life. More flexibility? Purpose driven mission? Or maybe you love data and technology. Whatever it is, seek roles that align with what you need in this season.

You can have it, it does exist—it may take time but with the right strategy you will find the role that suits you! ✨

Happy New Year friends! Can I be honest…urgency is just not my ministry this year. Creating systems and structure that work is. Gone are the days of sprinting to the next big goal, there’s no rush.

As we celebrate Kwanzaa, we honor the seven principles (Nguzo Saba) — unity, self-determination, collective work, cooperative economics, purpose, creativity, and faith. Together, they remind us to stay rooted in culture, community, and intentional living.

And now, we’re choosing to rest because rest isn’t a reward—it’s part of the work. It’s how we recover, realign, and make space for what’s next. ✨

As we close out the year, we’re honoring the growth and the pauses. The lessons, the connections, and the community that continues to take shape!
