NYC-Jersey friends and family! If there is anyone that knows how to shelter and stay in place and roll with punches; it’s YOU. You made it through Hurricane Sandy, snowstorms galore, blackouts on the hottest summer days, and you always rise above the bu****it. It’s not because your tough. It’s because of these 4 areas Gov Cuomo reminds us all that YOU own like no other. Stay strong in compassion, unity, love and smart (street smart yo). Your emotional intellect is so intact. Look how you are already plateauing in these first weeks of what seems to be the hardest of these Covid19 times. We see you! We feel your loss. And we know you are going to teach us more than we could imagine. Social distancing is hard because well not only are you densely populated but you learn to live in the most densely populated cities. This alone says so much about you. Thank you for staying at home. I wish I was right there with you but I feel your love even from here my friends and family. I couldn’t be more proud.

Be the light at the end of someone’s tunnel, they say. Let’s teach this. Let’s live it. We don’t need to crawl back into the tunnels, the gutters, black holes, ...We can inspire people by simply being the light at the end of a long day, a long journey, a bad decision replaced with an open mind. We don’t need to go back to our old bad habits. We are ALL brilliant, passionate, vibrant, full of integrity, and full of joy. We can all be so many things at the end of someone’s tunnel. Trust ❤️

After my chiro adjustment today I decided to just chill and absorb all the wonderful benefits that a sunny day in the city has to offer. Nature walks can never go overrated. Get out there and welcome this beautiful weather. It’s ours to enjoy and invest in. It is easy to be myself when I am surrounded with the gifts the universe has to offer. 🌷

Yoga cooking...coconut cilantro brown basmati rice with seared tuna marinated in organic soy sauce, minced garlic, honey, and sesame oil and lightly seared in coconut oil. Topped with a guava jalapeño glaze and topped with avocados, radishes, and cilantro.
