What's your favorite exercise to teach prenatal/postpartum clients?
My motto is: “there’s no such thing as too many squats in pregnancy.”
Why? Squats work out the entire core of the body in one movement. When we’re doing it right we get glutes, hamstrings, quads, pelvic floor and transverse plus some delicious joint mobility action…what could be better?
Fun fact? When I was in the 4th grade I won the local oldies radio station’s karaoke contest and got to sing “Mony Mony” with Tommy James and the Shondells to 1000’s of people
Favorite Food: I love all kinds of food, but I go totally crazy any time I can be spoiled with my mom’s homemade Mexican food. She makes the most incredible chicken tacos you’ve ever tasted! Add her homemade salsa to it…mmmmm
