This weekend brought several emergencies to our ER — including patients who needed to be flown out for higher-level care. Each time, our team worked swiftly and skillfully to stabilize patients until they could be safely transferred.

One patient’s wife shared this heartfelt message:

“I want to thank Carrollton Boyd Hospital for saving Tim’s life!!!!! Small town hospitals are priceless! You don’t know how good you have it UNTIL the dire situation is yours! Because of Boyd…I’m not planning a funeral today.”

We’re incredibly proud of our doctors, nurses, and EMTs who stepped up under pressure. We’re also grateful for our partners at Air Evac, Survival Flight, and Arch, who help ensure patients in Greene County get the care and transportation they need when seconds matter.

Small-town hospitals truly do make a huge difference. ❤️
