We had so much fun at the Fashion Fete. Our very own Freya did a great job speaking on behalf of Chang Shew. I like her suggestion of trying some Asian mysterious food all the way from Thailand. It was such a pleasure and honor to present Chang Shew Bird’s Nests to Ms. DC, Mrs. DC, Ms. MD, Mrs. MD, provide tasting for the attendees and network with wonderful people in the fashion and beauty industry. We were very grateful to be part of this effort to promote a healthy and positive lifestyle.

We conducted a very interesting and insightful Focus Group discussion last week. When we asked the question:” When mentioning bird’s nests, what comes to your mind first?”, 70% of participants chose “good for health” and 30% of them answered “improve beauty”. That is why improving health and beauty is Chang Shew’s #1 priority. Also, when we asked "How did you learn about Bird's Nest", almost everyone said "friend & family referral". The power of word of mouth!

But do you know that the legislation to annually designate May as AAPI Month originally referenced only two key dates: May 7 and May 10, before being extended to the whole month? Please, let’s keep the celebration and momentum going, and let’s forever be grateful to our roots, culture, history, and legacy.
