So this weekend we took a trip up home where I got to meet family I never knew until now that I had- my half brothers Scott and J Mark Hayes 🥰 my whole life I knew I did not quite fit in, words from Frank Blaneys mother that I was not his daughter when I was 5 years old stuck with me…and this past summer when I confided in my niece Rachel Slaney how I had always felt, she gifted me with a 23 and me test to help me find the truth… and what I found were a bunch of names I did not know! Haha! But with the help of some amazing individuals who I now know as my cousins Diana Fordyce and Jamie Bland Bitner and Mary Scott and a few others, I found my biological father, Don Hayes who passed away in 2017, but who blessed me with brothers!!! I reached out to Mark Hayes and told him my story and he agreed to do a 23 and me to confirm!! Him and Scott welcomed me with open arms!! I now have 3 sisters and 3 brothers (one brother passed away)…. And I truly understand the saying- the truth will set you free, because it really has 😊.. it took 51 years but I got there….

Hello! I'm Michelle Wray, I'm a FNP-C and owner of HNH Wellness Center in Joelton, TN. I focus on root cause analysis through saliva and hair testing and treatment protocols using ozone therapy and supplemental support.
