Proverbs 10:12 Hatred stirs up strife but love covers all offenses.
Turn your trauma, your wrongs, your sins against you, your hatred for who done you wrong into love and forgiveness. Love and forgiveness is the way out. As this verse says hatred starts up strife not just strife with the person but it causes strife within your mind, the internal turmoil of every time you think about what was done to you it stirs up emotions, tears, anger. If you apply love and
forgiveness you will free your mind from all that!
Remember Jesus kept Judas around knowing he was a thief and that he would betray him. If you learn to master love and forgiveness you enter into the state of ETI emotional trauma immunity. No one can ever truly harm you if you love and forgive whatever they do to you you're free from it's emotional damage.
