Itchy ➡️ oozy ➡️ cue mom/nurse mode 👩🏻‍⚕️🙌🏻

Out of everything I have in my skincare arsenal at home…I reached for my GO-TO:

April is Military Kids Appreciation Month 🇺🇸

These two lived a life that wasn’t always easy- time apart (Mike deployed), missed moments, (me or Mike with drill weekend), but they showed resilience, strength, and love through it all. Being dual military parents came with sacrifices, but we would do it all over again for them.

To our friends and family… thank you. Truly. We could not have done this without you. Your support made it possible for us to serve and eventually both of us retire.

Our kids are our WHY—always have been, always will be ❤️

This week on my spring break, we were able to take in the USS Alabama, and the National Naval Aviation Museum (featuring the Blue Angels!) I wanted to share some photos!

We heard so many stories today, and met a soldier who was 95 years young - he flew 3 of the planes in the museum. He was absolutely adorable. He was wheel-chaired in with his son, and as soon as he got to the ladder to climb to the cockpit, up he went like he was 20 again. My heart melted. It was a great day. ❤️🤍💙
