🦋It's easy to get lost in the limiting beliefs we have. We can get caged in through our life experiences, thinking if we just keep our head down, stay quiet, stay small, stay complacent, never dare, never dream that we will be safe. We will be liked. We will never step on anyone's toes.

🦋But what a lie that is. Sometimes we are meant to be disruptors, risk takers, visionaries...changing the status quo. Living loud and proud. We are meant to take those leaps and not know where we might land. We are meant to be dreamers and envision a grander future, different from the life we know.

🦋Playing small, never reaching for what we want or deserve doesn't serve you or the world. It might give the illusion of safety, but that's all it is. A lie. A prison. Give yourself the permission to break your chains, free your mind, and dare to be great. We only have right here and right now, so make it big, beautiful, and wondrous.🔥

⭐Sometimes we get so caught up in the day-to-day hustle and bustle we forget to check in. Maybe use this as a journal prompt, or reflect on how you can answer this and apply it more to the rest of the week!

⭐Our minds are so powerful. Our thoughts and beliefs create our outward reality. It's never too late to dream and make a better world. ☁️

✨It is both the hardest thing and paradoxically the easiest thing to decide to release our anger, hurt, resentment, vengeance, betrayal or any other energy tied to people and events in our past. Some days you can only release a little bit, and other days there is more you can let go of.

Take it day by day, and choose to set yourself free. 🕊️

I've heard it said that boundaries aren't for other people, they are for us. It can be scary to lay down boundaries. Sometimes we risk having someone walk out of our lives or become angry with us because of a boundary that we assert.

However, don't let this discourage you from having boundaries that align with your true purpose, energy, and heart. You can lovingly lay down boundaries to protect your peace, your energy, and anything else that needs protection in your life.

This review has meant so much to me. Thank you Beth! If it is hard to read, I've included the review in full below 🩷

I would like to share about my experience working with Dr. Kaitlyn at Guiding Point Health Center. I first became aware of the health center because I attended a sound bath at her location. Dr Kaitlyn was doing reiki healing in conjunction with another practitioner doing the sound bath. I knew immediately her energy was one that I wanted to work with. She noticed I was in discomfort having back pain and spasms and spent a little extra time near me and placed her hand on my knee. Nearly immediately I was able to calm the nerves in my back and was able to enter a true meditative state. Some weeks later I found myself in a state of 9/10 pain after dislocating ribs from coughing she was able to fit me in for an urgent Chiropractic visit. Over the next few months I am now able to say I only am experiencing occasional discomfort and my baseline is far better than it was prior to starting under her care.

Beyond chiropractic care I have also had reiki sessions. Without too much back story, I have held anger and resentment as a shield for much of my life. Every new disappointment added another layer this was hindering my healing greatly and adding to my physical pain and fueling anxiety. After some outside therapy and some discussions with Kaitlyn I was ready to release that anger. During my reiki session, my body did not want to release it and to say I was uncomfortable at times is a gross understatement. My mind was more than ready though and with the guidance and help from Dr. Kaitlyn, we were able to move that energy so far out of my body I feel like a new person. Since that session I have had to confront feelings that before my shield would have absorbed and held onto. I am finally able to feel it and then let it go. That session has changed my life! I am looking forward to continuing to work with her in order to heal my spirit and body. I cannot speak high enough praise for her care and compassion. She truly cares for a person as a whole and works with you to heal.
