I'm continuously amazed by how much detail God put into creating all of the systems in our bodies. Bad stuff can get seriously stuck in our bodies if we don't metabolize it and work through it with God.
Connecting God's word to health and wellness seriously changed my life a few years ago. I can't wait to see what more I will learn in TBR.

I've really enjoyed focusing on building strength this month through the Love is Heavy Challenge...but in April, I'll be spending time walking (& maybe running) with Jesus. I really love all the work that does to spread the gospel through fitness. It's just so different & refreshing.
