Do what you love.

You keep saying you don’t have time to do what you love. But let’s be honest — you don’t have time not to. Every day you put it off, you’re just letting those hours slip through your fingers.

And that bit about not being ready? That’s your fear talking. No one ever feels “ready.” You’ll never know enough or feel like you’ve learned it all. The only way you actually get there is by starting. Everything else falls into place once you do.

Truth
Do not pursue Truth, instead, commit to Truth. Don’t chase it, allow it. Become aware enough to recognize and be still enough to see and accept it without any caveats or expectations.

You’ve heard the phrase, “Do nothing, and everything gets done.” But what does that mean? Don’t push things. Take action, but let events unfold naturally. Plant the seed, share what you need to, and then wait. Trust the timing. If you try to control or force the outcome, it usually backfires.

Imagine if every child came with their own personal handbook—a guide showing who they are, what makes them tick, and how they’re meant to move through the world. That’s what Human Design feels like to me. It’s not about labeling kids or putting them in a box. It’s about giving us a blueprint for their unique gifts, sensitivities, and quirks.

Some children are here to lead, some to build, some to guide, and some to reflect. Human Design helps us see that and honor it. Instead of trying to force every child into the same mold, we can support them in ways that truly fit them, not us. Let’s raise kids who know themselves, who feel seen, and who trust their own way of being in the world.

If you’ve ever wished for a parenting manual that works for your child, Human Design might be the closest thing we’ve got. Every chart is a guidebook—and every child is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

Let’s talk about work burnout—and why it hits some of us harder than others.

Human Design tells us that we’re not all built the same way. Some of us have an endless motor (hello, Generators and Manifesting Generators), while others (Projectors, Manifestors, Reflectors) are here to guide, spark, or reflect, not grind. But here’s the thing: most workplaces expect everyone to operate like a machine—always on, always producing, never stopping. And that’s a recipe for disaster.

If you’re feeling drained, cranky, or just “over it,” your body might be trying to tell you something: you’re out of alignment with your design. Generators burn out when they’re forced to do work they don’t love. Projectors crash when they try to keep up with the hustle. Manifestors get exhausted when they’re blocked from initiating. Reflectors wilt in environments that aren’t healthy for them.

Burnout isn’t just about working too much. It’s about working in ways that don’t honor who you are at your core.

So, what would happen if you started honoring your design? If you said yes to work that lights you up, or give yourself permission to rest when you need it? Human Design isn’t just another personality test—it’s a permission slip to be more *you*.

If you’re running on fumes, maybe it’s time to check your chart and realign. Your energy is precious. You weren’t meant to burn out.

Scientists say a wild tomato in the Galápagos Islands is showing signs of what’s being called “reverse evolution,” reviving traits that vanished millions of years ago.

The plant, Solanum pennellii, caught researchers’ attention after it began producing chemical compounds no longer found in modern tomatoes. These molecules—similar to those in eggplants—act as natural pesticides and appear to reactivate ancient genetic pathways.

The key twist is that these traits aren’t leftovers from the past; they’re reappearing. On the younger, harsher western islands, the tomato seems to have adapted by switching ancestral genes back on, likely due to poor soil and limited nutrients. On the older, more stable eastern islands, the same species relies on more modern defenses.

This finding challenges Dollo’s Law, a long-standing idea in evolutionary biology suggesting lost traits can’t return in the same form. Yet scientists found the shift was triggered by only a few amino acid changes—small genetic tweaks with major effects.

The discovery offers insight into how organisms respond to environmental stress and how evolution can reuse ancient solutions. It may also have implications for agriculture, including improving pest resistance and developing more resilient crops.

While the term “reverse evolution” is debated, the case shows evolution isn’t always linear—it adapts, reuses, and sometimes reaches back into its own history.
