National Punctuation Day, National Horchata Day,
National Women's Health, and Fitness Day.

Tomorrow is Sep 25th National Daughters Day, National’s Lobster Day, National Cooking Day, National Comic Book Day, National Food Service Workers Day. Let’s also remember it’s Su***de Awareness Month which should be everyday for some people. This month may have a lot of fun days in it and I will be telling you all about it, but there are people that deal with suicidal ideations everyday.

Can you imagine that someone you know right now is literally thinking about swallowing a few bottles of pills bc their brain is wired wrong. That these tendencies are very real and true life happens several times in a persons life, before, they are able to cope with it or find a medication like Spravato/ketamine. I wish that who ever sees this would just compliment a stranger and make their day. If you end up doing it just reply done.
