What is one indicator that can determine if you’re relationship is in trouble? If there are more negative interactions than positive. According to Gottman research, relationships should have a 5:1 positive to negative ratio. So for every one negative interaction there should be at minimum five positive interactions. If you are in a toxic relationship, but you want to antidote the relationship, therapy can help with that!

Do you struggle with a guilt-complex? People with a guilt-complex often think things like,
“Everything bad that happens is my fault,” “I can’t do anything right,” and, “If my family and friends aren’t happy, it’s because of me.” Living with a guilt-complex can cause a person to feel depressed, anxious, and shame. If you are ready to try life differently, without the burden of the guilt-complex, schedule an appointment with one of our therapists.
