*Body Cavitation
How Does it Work?
Ultrasonic cavitation tones the body using radio frequencies and low-frequency ultrasonic waves. These waves form bubbles around fat deposits under the skin. The bubbles then burst, breaking the fat deposits into the interstitial and the lymphatic systems where they are drained. The fat deposits are changed into glycerol and free fatty acids. Glycerol is then reused by the body while free fatty acids travel to the liver and are excreted as waste.
How long do ultrasonic cavitation sessions last? Since the procedure is customized according to an individual's needs, it might take longer for some than others. However, the standard treatment should be completed in one to three sessions with two weeks between every session depending on the treatment. Each session is around 45 to 75 minutes. It takes about 6 to 12 weeks to see the results of ultrasonic cavitation.
*Laser lipo
What is laser lipolysis?
Laser lipolysis is a body contouring procedure. It uses laser energy to remove excess fat from various areas of your body, including your:
Abdomen.
Back and neck.
Calves.
Hips and butt.
Obliques (“love handles”).
Thighs.
Upper arms.
*Lymphatic drainage massage
Lymphatic massage involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to move excess fluid buildup away from your tissues and toward working lymph vessels and lymph nodes so they can get rid of toxins in your body.
*Vacuum Therapy
Vacuum therapy, also known as vacuotherapy or depressomassage, is a non-invasive treatment that uses suction to treat a variety of conditions:
Skin lifting
Vacuum therapy can be used to lift the skin and make it appear firmer and smoother. It can be used as a non-surgical butt lift or to mimic a breast lift.
Cellulite reduction
Vacuum therapy can help reduce the appearance of cellulite by draining fat tissue and moving it towards the lymphatic system.
Wound healing
Vacuum-assisted closure (VAC) therapy can be used to treat wounds, including burn wounds, soft-tissue trauma, pressure ulcers, and surgical wounds. VAC therapy can reduce the time spent in the hospital and the number of follow-ups needed.
Pain relief
Vacuum therapy can help reduce muscle weakness, pain, cramps, and spasms.
Other conditions
Vacuum therapy can also be used to treat headaches, arthritis, post injury trauma, rheumatism, fibromyalgia, fatigue, and musculoskeletal problems.
Vacuum therapy works by creating suction with suction cups or a rubber pump to pull up the skin and soft tissues. The suction increases blood flow and lymph flow to the skin and muscles, which can help reduce inflammation and toxins.
*RF Skin Tightening
Radio frequency devices use safe levels of low-frequency electromagnetic waves to generate heat. This heat penetrates deep into your skin’s layers. There, it stimulates new skin cell production (regeneration). The treatment also stimulates the production of collagen and elastin. These proteins give skin cells more strength and flexibility. As a result, sagging skin regains its firm shape and feel.
How common is radio frequency (RF) skin tightening?
More than 188,000 Americans received some type of skin tightening procedure in 2020. This type of nonsurgical facelift works on all sexes and skin tones. And there’s very little risk of skin discoloration (hyperpigmentation). It’s most effective on younger people who are just starting to show signs of aging. It’s not as effective on severely sagging skin.
Who gets radio frequency (RF) skin tightening?
People who don’t want the extra expense, pain or recovery time of cosmetic surgeries may choose radio frequency skin tightening. The procedure:
Improves skin tone, texture and firmness.
Minimizes the appearance of sun damage.
Provides a more youthful appearance.
Reduces the effects of aging skin like wrinkles, fine lines and saggy skin.
What does radio frequency (RF) skin tightening treat?
Healthcare providers use radio frequency skin tightening treatments for:
Body contouring.
Face, neck, arms and hands.
Vaginal rejuvenation
What happens before radio frequency skin tightening?
What happens during radio frequency skin tightening?
Radio frequency skin tightening is an outpatient procedure. It takes about one hour, depending on the treatment area.
Cleans and sterilizes your skin.
Moves a hand-held radio frequency electrode device over the treatment area.
The treatment area may feel warm. And you may experience tingling vibrations or mild discomfort. You should alert your provider if you feel an uncomfortable burning sensation.
How long does radio frequency skin tightening take to work?
It takes time for your skin to produce new skin cells, collagen and elastin. You should see changes to your skin tone and appearance within two to six months. If you don’t get the desired results, your provider may recommend another treatment. Some people need two to six treatments.
How long does radio frequency skin tightening last?
Your skin is always aging. But with proper skin care, the effects of radio frequency skin tightening may last for one to three years.
Risks / Benefits
What are the benefits of radio frequency skin tightening?
Radio frequency skin tightening can give you the results of a facelift (rhytidectomy) without the need for surgery. Other benefits include:
Gradual, natural-looking skin changes.
Fast, relatively painless procedure.
Less expensive and invasive than cosmetic surgeries.
No peeling skin or scarring.
Speedy recovery with no missed work or activities.
What are the risks of radio frequency skin tightening?
Radio frequency skin tightening is a relatively safe procedure. You may have some mild redness and swelling (edema) after the procedure. These side effects should go away within 24 hours.
*RF Face Tightening
Radio frequency skin tightening treatments emit radio frequency energy to create controlled injuries in the dermis. The body’s healing response leads to collagen and elastin production, which are building blocks for the skin. This skin regeneration improves skin laxity, decreases the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and increases cell turnover to cause the skin to become smoother and firmer over time.
Radio frequency skin tightening can also be used for facial contouring (slimming the face and enhancing the jawline).
*EMS Muscle Stimulation
Electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) is a treatment that uses electrical impulses to make muscles contract.
EMS can be used to:
Strengthen muscles: EMS can help increase muscle strength, density, and size. It can also help speed up muscle recovery.
Reduce pain: EMS can help relieve pain and discomfort. It's a popular treatment for back pain, neck pain, muscle tightness, and muscle spasms.
Improve blood flow: EMS can promote blood flow and enhance local blood circulation.
Help with healing: EMS can help heal wounds and increase muscle mass after an injury.
Improve exercise: EMS can help fitness enthusiasts and elite athletes enhance their workouts.
Help with chronic conditions: EMS can be beneficial for patients with chronic heart failure (CHF), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and ICU and hospital inpatients.
EMS works by delivering electrical impulses to the muscles through electrodes that adhere to the skin. The impulses mimic the action potential that the central nervous system sends to make muscles contract.
*Wood Therapy
Breaking down fat and cellulite (pockets of fat just below the skin)
Reshaping the body
Promoting body cleansing
Promoting lymphatic drainage and elimination of adipose tissue (fat)
Improving skin tone and elasticity
Relieving stress and promoting relaxation
Loosening tight muscles
Firming thighs and butt
Stimulating blood circulation
This is a vigorous procedure and can cause redness swelling bruising that may last a few days..
*Vibration plate
Vibration plates have been found to improve circulation, and therefore, lymphatic drainage, says Rachelle Reed, PhD, an exercise scientist based in Athens, Georgia. When you activate muscles, you're going to naturally have more blood flow, she says. So, by design, a vibration plate gets your blood moving.
“This blood flow is going to be stimulated to get blood, quite literally, to the muscles that are activating, which can help improve circulation in that sense,” explains Yu. Your lymphatic system goes hand-in-hand with your circulatory system, Yu adds. So, just as a vibration plate can help your circulation, it can aid lymphatic drainage, too.
*Redlight Therapy
What are the benefits of red light therapy?
Red light therapy, also known as photobiomodulation (PBM) or low-level laser therapy, has many potential benefits, including:
Skin health
Red light therapy can:
Stimulate collagen production, which gives skin structure, strength, and elasticity
Increase blood circulation to the tissue

*Hifu Face Tightening
High-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) is a non-surgical procedure that uses ultrasound energy to tighten and lift the skin on the face and neck:
How it works
HIFU targets the skin's deeper layers, heating up the tissue and causing it to contract. This stimulates the skin to produce more collagen and elastin, which improves the skin's firmness and elasticity.
Benefits
HIFU can treat a variety of concerns, including:
Wrinkles
Sagging skin
Uneven skin tone
Drooping eyebrows or eyelids
Who it's best for
HIFU is a good option for people with mild to moderate skin laxity, such as a lowered eyebrow line, loose neck skin, or sagging under the chin. It's not recommended for people with:
Photodamaged skin
Severe skin laxity
Infections and open skin lesions
Severe or cystic acne
Metallic implants in the treatment area
Results
Some patients see initial results right after the treatment, but optimal results appear over 2–6 months. The results can last 6 months to 2 years, depending on factors like skin type, age, and lifestyle.
Side effects
Some people may experience pain, swelling, numbness, redness, bruising, or a purple rash right after the procedure. The skin may also feel warm, flushed, or tingly.
Post-treatment care
You should avoid:
Waxing for 3–5 days
Laser treatments for 2 weeks
Exfoliating for 2–3 days
Strenuous exercise for 24 hours
Skin care products with active ingredients for 3–5 days

*Hifu Pelvic Floor Testing With Vaginal Rejuvenation (Tightening)
High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) vaginal tightening is a non-surgical procedure that uses ultrasonic waves to tighten vaginal tissue and treat feminine health concerns:
How it works
HIFU sends focused ultrasound waves deep into the vaginal tissue, creating thermal energy that stimulates collagen production and tissue contraction.
Benefits
HIFU can improve vaginal tissue health, tighten muscles, and restore elasticity. It can also help with vaginal looseness, dryness, and bladder weakness.
Procedure
HIFU vaginal tightening is a quick, virtually painless procedure that takes about 30 minutes. There's no downtime, and patients can return to their normal activities immediately.
Results
The results of HIFU vaginal tightening can last up to 18 to 24 months, but they're not permanent. Regular care and a healthy lifestyle can help maintain the results.
Side effects
Most people don't experience side effects, but mild pain or swelling can be treated with ice or a painkiller. To avoid infection, patients should avoid baths and using tampons or vaginal products for 48 hours.
