"Dolores explained in her words why that is so important.She says because you have a physical brain and that is how your physical brain works. The more you listen, I see circuits. The more you listen, the more you get connections and the stronger they get and the harder they work. You want to make new connections with new information. If you repeat it over and over (listening to the recording) your physical body literally makes new connections, new nerves. You open up new pathways by listening and helps the physical body.”
