MSSU Caduceus Club

MSSU Caduceus Club Missouri Southern State University's pre-professional club! The Caduceus Club is a student organization open to all MSSU students.

(Application for admission is required). The club exists to help students with a pre-profession reach their goals. The requirements to be a member are as follows:
Potential members must show a dedication to the club by attending at least 3 events or meetings, these must be documented, and you must be in good standing with MSSU before applying. You must then apply, and if accepted, you will then pay dues within 30 dya so acceptance. Dues will be determined at a later date. To remain a member, you must maintain good standing with MSSU and log 10 hours of volunteer or shadow hours per semester. You must also attend 3 events or meetings per semester.

General information

The Caduceus Club is a student organization that helps students with a pre-profession build members resumes, as well as networks and character. The club has set up networks with Freeman Health System and Mercy Hospital and have reached many Doctors that are willing to let students job shadow. Many health professionals have agreed to come talk to the club about their career and passions. The club also plans to visit many different graduate schools, have community service opportunities, and study groups for exams (such as MCAT,PCAT,OAT,NCLEX ect,) available to the students.
