Tras pasar más de medio año en el Lago Atitlán de Guatemala junto con Keith Wilson, el Shamán de Chocolate y recibir sus enseñanzas y sabiduría. Ofreceré, por primera vez en las Islas una formación a cerca del Cacao Puro de Grado Ceremonial.

La formación incluirá todos los aspectos de este super alimento denominado por la ciencia como la comida de los Dioses.

Este curso va orientado a todos los que sientan interés por esta planta, ya sea para su uso própio y práctica, para compartirla en grupos de trabajo y desarrollo personal, ya sea laboral o espiritual.

La formación se va a desarrollar en Ibiza y en ella compatiré de primera mano las enmseñanzas de Keith Wilson y de los médicos y expertos en Cacao que he entrevistado a lo largo de estos años en Estados Unidos, Noruega, Suiza, Irlanda, Ingraterra, Holanda y Guatemala.

Keith Wilson fué la persona desde la que surgió el movimiento moderno de las Ceremonias de Cacao.

Keith, tras contactar con el espíritu de la planta del Cacao e investigar sus propiedades para el trabajo de desarrollo personal se puso a las órdenes de la planta e inició el proceso de devolver el Chocolate auténtico a la vida de la gente.

When a special day begins in a very special way…

I always say that I don’t organise Cacao Ceremonies, All I do is to share Cacao when the Spirit asks me to do it.

This morning I shared and my voice activation practice in an amazing setting in Topanga Canyon in California.

I am blessed by life, the Spirit of Cacao and the love from amazing people.

I feel young and with a world full of adventures in front of me, this is just the beginning of a new and even more amazing chapter of my own story 💜✨🧚‍♂️✨💜

This September I will be celebrating my 50th year spinning on this planet called earth and I am excited about all the things that are aligning for this epic date.

One of the things is that I will be sharing my Morning Practice at the Art Gallery and Cacao lounge installed at the in Joshua Tree, California.

The practice that I have been devoted and deepening my relation with for the past 5 months include meditation, voice activation and heart opening exercise, all together with the support and magic of

The practice will be free and the Ceremonial Grade Cacao will be served at the Lounge.

This is a fantastic way for the festival people to open their voices and to be ready to sing their hearts out enjoying the festival from the very depths of their essence.

The darkness of these last days have moved the depths of my inner world.

Within the struggle there is always the opportunity for growth and rewriting your own story.

I have been feeling as if the book of my unconscious belief system has been open right in front of me and all the pages have been blown away all across my body.

Every single cell of my body could feel the pain, the contractions, the limiting believes, the sense of inadequacy, of judgment, of not being accepted, not being good enough, not being good at anything that brought real joy to my heart and only being good to be sitting down doing what I was being told to do….

Opening up to myself, to my desires, to who I am and what I stand for is a power struggle with the belief system that was installed in me by a society, family and friends who were never able to see the being that I am.

I thank myself for never giving up on me, on love, on my heart, on what I belief that is right.

Thanks to the lake, to the music, to my voice, to the frequency of my heart, to the medicine of the Cacao and the Blue Lilly…. For working with me though the struggle of becoming more me every day.

A big Thank you to all the new people In my life that believe in me and support me, to my parents for honouring my journey and recognising it, to those people, moments and situations that help my heart to show up in all its glory and beauty, to those that allow me to love them unconditionally.

Thank you struggle, you are always a big teacher ☀️

Pure bliss and joy … a deep state of wellbeing and the sense of having my soul nourished… this is how I was feeling after sharing one of my songs at

Possibly one of the most terrifying experiences in my life … also one of the most empowering.

Going beyond your own believes and limitations is scary and hard but it is also the only way for growth and empowerment … many can push you and support you but only you can take the step.

I have found that being at service for the highest good of all beings is the shortest way to purify myself.

Yesterday I volunteered to help and his “Soluna” association.

Fabian’s purpose is to help those in need in San Marcos, in this case he was feeding the “bolos” and the homeless.

Together with Rosa and Benjamin from they dedicate time and money every Wednesday to support these people in need.

Yesterday I could feel in me the contrast of the pure souls that are in true and honest service and the ones that are tormented, intoxicated, lost ….

Yesterday I realised where I stand and what is needed from me to be at the service of the highest good of all beings.

Summer solstice represents the beginning of the path towards the winter, for this reason in many countries the solstice is celebrated with bonfires 🔥… to help the light and the sun to stay longer and to beat the darkness that slowly but surely will take its place over the next 6 months.

The fire is believed to be at the very core of the Cacao Bean and in my own experience I can really resonate with that believe.

Everyday I plant a Cacao Bean and it’s fire 🔥 in me so I always have a light to guide me in the darkest moments and in the darkest places.

Now is summer time for many, time to enjoy the juicy fruits 🍉 of this season, the long and hot days, the festivities, the laughter and the dances… enjoy the summer and spark the fire of your spirit.
