(class update below) Hi y’all! I’m Béah, the lady behind Desert Lotus, based in the CA high desert. I’m passionate about holding sacred space, creating experiences that help guide others home to their own inherent power✨

I’ve studied yoga & the ancient healing science of Ayurveda. I’ve practiced yoga for over a decade, finding solace & strength within its teachings. I’m also a musician who loves incorporating restorative SOUND into environments for sound healings & yoga classes alike.

It brings me great honor to share these powerful modalities & tools with others. I’m feeling called to deepen & expand my wellness offerings. Exciting things in the works! Thank you for being here. The divine in me bows to the divine in you✨ Namaste💫💕🙏🏼

🤍FRIDAYS🤍 Sonic Sanctuary Sound Bath ✨✨✨ Now offering a LOCAL price! 6-7pm

This weekly offering takes place in The Sanctuary at Joshua Tree Retreat Center. This community sound bath includes breathwork, intention setting and healing frequencies from a gong, crystal & brass bowls, chimes, bells… herbal tea also provided, along with community mats, blankets & bolsters (first come first serve basis) 💫💕

Please feel free to bring an eye cover, water bottle or reusable mug, yoga mat, blanket — according to your preference. ✨Please arrive around 10 minutes early to settle in.

🌙 RSVP to save your spot! Walk-Ins also welcome. (Local price remains the same for RSVPs or walk-ins.)
