Herbal medicated oils aren’t a trend. They’ve been used for thousands of years to pe*****te deep into tissue, calm inflammation, heal nerve pain, release tight muscles, and lubricate joints — all without side effects.

In Ayurveda, oil is considered one of the most powerful vehicles for delivering herbal medicine directly to the source of pain. When applied with massage, it activates circulation, stimulates lymphatic movement, draws out toxins, and supports your body’s natural ability to heal itself.

I’ve personally used this practice for years — and it’s become a staple in my own recovery and injury prevention routine. Every single one of my clients uses it too. Even my husband, who was skeptical at first, started using it for chronic lower back tightness and has felt a world of difference!

Abhyanga is what your recovery has been missing.

👉 Head to the Wellness Library (link in bio) to learn all about Abhyanga — the ancient Ayurvedic practice of self-massage with oil — and how you can easily start doing it at home. Let’s get you back to doing the things you love most!

Celebrating women everywhere and acknowledging still how much work we have ahead of us to empower female voices. I’m here for it. Here for all of it.

I’m also excited to be raising my voice in a new way by entering the podcasting world (👀 Ayurveda For Womens Health launching April 1st ✨). It’s really hard to fit everything on my heart into this tiny little box of overstimulation.

These are the things we ALL need to be talking and learning more about. Normalize these conversations in life, in sport, in the workplace.

Menstrual cycles
Breast health
Hormonal health
Pregnancy loss
Conscious conception
Pregnancy
Postpartum
Perimenopause
Menopause
Matriarchal communities
And so much more.

Yes, the podcast will cover many more topics but these are the ones near and dear to my heart and how I support women in my one:one practice.

Which topics do you want to elevate??

What’s your barrier to your goals right now? For this client, simply having accountability and access to the Wellness Library has helped her actually do her breathwork daily!

Why is breathwork important to her? As an athlete and a coach managing life and stress, the body shows up with tightness and stickiness in the lungs restricting Prana and blood flow. Diaphragmatic breathing is what helps bring relief and in turn, improves mental groundedness, stress relief and a calmer overall energy.

The intention of a Dinacharya is to set up your body, mind and digestion for clarity throughout the day. Ayurveda emphasizes the importance of Dinacharya because when practiced regularly it prevents accumulation of disease. At night our body is so intelligent that it goes through a natural detox process and prepares the channels for morning cleansing. Clearing these channels (yes even the mind is a channel!) helps set us up to receive new information and food the next day.

Your Morning Routine✨Revived✨ is live in the Wellness Library! Learn how to practice your own Dinacharya along with guided mediations and other Ayurvedic practices vital for maintaining health and preventing disease.

Get the exact routine that I’ve been using for years to keep my immune system health, my mind clear and my health vibrant!

The interesting part of the example on slide 5 is that this client initially came to me wanting to address spiritual stagnation and low energy. Through the initial consult we discovered the chronic constipation. The body is deeply connected and influenced by how we feel and experience life, not in isolation. They go hand in hand and usually what’s reflected in one is felt in the other🤝

Ayurveda can support these too…
✨Navigating life transitions with more clarity and steadiness
✨Breaking through emotional or motivational blocks
✨Shifting long-held behaviors that no longer serve you
✨Understanding physical symptoms as sources of insight, not inconvenience
✨Expanding into new phases of work, creativity, or leadership
✨Renewing your relationship with yourself and your body

Where are you feeling blocked this season? What’s your body saying?

What if the new year didn’t ask you to reinvent yourself? What if it simply invited you to arrive?

We created a 3-day mini series to support making new routines easy! Ayurveda views the morning routine as a vital part of health and one that sets the stage for the whole day (and night!). A simple, easy to follow morning routine can change how you feel the rest of the day and set you up for better, more restful sleep.

If you are feeling the “New Year” hustle or pressure to be productive, set resolutions or start the year with definitive goals, but you’re not actually ready for it- this mini series invites you to simply arrive, just as you are to breathe deeply and feel grounded, without the urgency.

Join Rita and Brittni to recenter and reconnect with yourself by starting with a simple, guided morning routine. No pressure, only presence.

Inside you’ll find two new releases each day:
✨3 guided meditations
✨3 Ayurvedic dinacharya practices

Besides the fact that plants are not made in a lab with chemicals, they allow for a gentle, more gradual approach to address symptoms where it is much easier to increase or decrease dosage without creating additional side effects.

Slow medicine reminds us that we too are made of nature and when we use nature to address imbalance, we are consciously participating in our own self-healing. We come back to the very cells that created us.

Anyone else feel floored when they see those ads for synthetic drugs with an absurd amount of serious side effects?? It’s inhumane that that is considered the first line of defense over

👉diet
👉sleep habits
👉exercise

Ayurveda offers slow medicine because it aligns with nature. You weren’t made in a lab so why should your medicine be?

Share this with someone you know is struggling and knows deep in their heart there is a better way than surgery or synthetic drugs. That’s exactly how I found Ayurveda 🩵

This ancient remedy helps balance Vata dosha, promoting calmness and deep restoration. When Vata thrives in creativity and joy when warm, nourished and well rested. This recipe is deeply rejuvenative for Vata because of its ability to warm, ground and create circulation.🌀💤

Rasayanas are used in Ayurveda to restore the quality and bala (strength) of both the body and mind.

If you are feeling burned out, scattered, unsettled this season, give this recipe a try! It is LIVE for subscribers in the Wellness Library :)
