Tiffani's Twist Corporate wellness leader with 25+ years of experience in program management. She began practicing yoga in 1998 and started teaching in 2002.

Certified Yoga Alliance instructor delivering 20+ years of expertise through accessible yoga and mindfulness solutions that support healthier, more productive workplaces. Tiffani holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance and holds her NETA Group Fitness Certification. an in 1998, Tiffani has created, managed, and instructed fitness classes, community outreach health programs, and employee wellness curriculums for a variety of companies including Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Sea Trail Golf Resort, and Park Ridge Health. Tiffani’s studied with yoga gurus Doug Swenson, Beth Shaw, Barron Baptiste, Rolf Gates, and Bryan Kest. She has spent time at several Sivananda Yoga Ashrams including one in Southern India. In 2008 Tiffani became a National Yoga Workshop Presenter for NETA. In 2022, Tiffani took the position of Employee Wellness Specialist at Nashville General Hospital. Tiffani's Twist promotes yoga and wellness, tools to enhance anyones life quality. Tiffani shares her passion for yoga with others offering multi level yoga flow classes several times per week at Crunch Fitness and Album in Hendersonville, Tennessee.

Dear Yogis, I regret to inform you I will be unable to lead my final classes this week at Seminole and East Bay LA Fitness locations. I will miss seeing you all but I must leave for North Carolina now. My father passed away on Friday and his celebration of life is this week. Please share the word with anyone who participated in my classes. This is not goodbye, I will see you guys for free yoga on the beach each winter!
