My Super Circuit is an A-MAX-ing way to develop muscle strength and endurance …THAT said … if your jam is power and agility , for example, any station within the circuit can be easily modified — and I LOVE doing that .
You will notice , if you join us more than once — the individual exercise “stations” change little — the variety comes as I get to know your particular needs (goals) and tailor the frame work of the session to you … I LOVE THAT — I hope you will … that’s why I suit up and show up TWO early mornings per week: Wednesday at 8am and Friday at 7am — because I know it works … and as a Certified Personal Trainer AND Group Fitnes Instructor, I’m focused on YOUR success !
