My Resurrection Sunday prayer for y’all is that you experience the hope that is ours in the risen Savior, our Lord , Christ Jesus !!

Today was reminded, as I am totally unashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ —because it is the power of God into salvation —I am remiss if I only share the gospel(good news that brings salvation thru Jesus) and not about the new life (lived here and onto eternity) we have … being born again is just the beginning—alll things are made new.

This said—today IS about salvation and the pivotal beginning…and this song (Oh Why?) is the answer to why didn’t Jesus just lie —and duck out of this whole crucifixion /resurrection thing… 🥰

Oh goodness some times I just cant push an outcome no matter how hard I try … wanting to someday “be a butterfly” yet always feeling like a caterpillar or WORSE, stuck in “cocoon” stage … whats the problem??! : !! Im loving all of the & moves rolling out each day this month (hence the name March MATness 🤗)… and I cant get a desert scape/ fur baby foibles break … well, I AM gathering a PLETHORA of great moves— some from our own Total Fitness 29 members — having carved out extra time from busy schedules to meet …and just ….HARUMPH!

Well, you ARE in for a real treat once I get the last half of the month edited and out … but for NOW, mid frustration, and beating myself up,
I decided to yell “PLOT TWIST” and declare myself a butterfly 😂😂😂…oh did I mention I accidentally spray painted my feet dark walnut brown— while working on the patio furniture ?!?!?!! …. Still … a BUTTERFLY !!!!

I have the next round of moves in cue…days 11-20 will start filtering in right here tomorrow … (yes, they will also be posted in my original MarchMatness kick off post thats pinned at the top of my page—Im really trying to get them all in one place & GOODNESS thats more challenging than you might think !!!! I WILL prevail 😇.

What a great time we live in for gathering , sharing,even creating our own, fitness and health “hacks” (“helps” for those of us not totally in board with the “hack” nickname 🥰)… more and more I think I cant just sit on this good stuff — sooo from time to time I will share be sharing some of my own making—or someone elses.

March MaTness is here ! Yes I did say Mat—ness😁🤸‍♂️…Thru March, Pilates Plus & Rollology 2.0 will be premiering even more moves, at , combined with our time tested foundations, to develop strength, flexibility and balance.

You can also search / / in social media this month to discover examples from around the world…our aim:creating sleek toned muscles, while improving posture,strength and balance…how I describe the how: thru optimum body sculpting principles … together with a unique way of releasing and refreshing those muscles ! And goodness that does NOT even come close to “saying it all”!😁

Truth be told,Im totally ready for yall “in person,in class” at Total Fitness 29….HOWEVER,Im still working on (editing) my March Matness submissions for Rollology/social media MATNESS….fur mom confession: In between watering and teaching class —and chasing Gilly away from the bunny hole…argh ! Ahahhahahaa Gods got this too !

Wow. I TOTALLY missed my opportunity to get all “everything in moderation peeps” on OR before Thanksgiving …. THAT said we RARELY stick to that “rule of thumb” even with a “fit for DOING life”philosophy … so how do YOU handle the occasional “too much of a good thing?”… one thing not to do is promise yourself: I will “burn it off” at the gym (track, pool, dance club,etc ),nor “I’ll just fast”…. Or even worse — beat yourself up —thinking that will motivate you to not do it again… my trick: learned to “hit my reset button” —- wait til you are actually physically hungry to eat again , then keep it between hunger and full each time …. Not wait til you are starving to eat nor eat so much you have to switch to stretchy to feel comfy….

I do hope you had an amazing thanksgiving celebration —-and hope to see you here more regularly THROUGH the holdiay season —into the coming new year!

Oh yeeeeah its RED FRIDAY and though I dont forget the importance of those soldiers DEPLOYED on our behalf , sometimes Michael Angelo Walker has to remind me that we have a really cool, albeit informal, special day set aside EACH week!

Its called, (hashtag isnt NECESSARY however its a great way to show our nation united in love and care for those deployed— for anyone searching #’s)

Think of it as “Spirit Day” in school … wear red — (white & blue too)— and be an ambassador for a day, or just a moment … thoughtful, prayerfully remembering those deployed AND their familes;in this season of Thanksgiving … be mindful they dont all get to spend time at home with their loved ones— if you have a chance , thank them for their service and sacrifice …

… just thinking out loud here — we are pretty much in a military town (Next to the biggest base in the country)….maybe help a military spouse get something down from the top shelf at the market —as opposed to anything less than understanding,like,being frustrated how they (miraculously really) handle
4 little ones single handedly while their soldier spouse is away …dont think anyone here would ever do THAT …. Just remember my mama was in that same posiiton with the 4 of us … and anything is possible … with kindness and prayer, handle everyone with prayer ? Yup that fits . 🤗
