We had a wonderful time being part of the Alzheimer's Arkansas Caregiver Workshop in Conway! It was an inspiring day filled with valuable information, heartfelt conversations, and shared support for those caring for loved ones. 💜 Events like this remind us that caregivers are not alone—there’s a whole community ready to listen, share resources, and offer encouragement every step of the way. We’re grateful for the chance to learn and grow together.

We did a Scavenger Hunt around the building with a list of items to collect! Each person did their own hunting at their own pace, making it fun and personalized for everyone. Scavenger hunts are a great way to boost engagement, encourage movement, and stimulate memory and problem-solving skills—all while having a blast! We love seeing our residents light up with a sense of purpose and adventure. 💜🔍✨

🛍️ It’s Country Store Day, and we couldn't be more excited! Our residents have been saving their Oakdale Bucks from activities all month long and were ready to shop ‘til we drop! From snacks to goodies and little treasures, it’s always a fun and rewarding experience. 💵😁 We love seeing everyone light up as they spend their well-earned Oakdale bucks—what a great way to build excitement, independence, and joy!

Nothing says summer like sweet treats and good company! We beat the heat with some delicious ice cream floats — the perfect way to cool off, relax, and enjoy time together. From creamy root beer floats to fruity favorites, there were smiles all around as we sipped, laughed, and soaked up the joy of a sunny day. Sweet moments, sweet treats, and even sweeter people! 💜

Let’s all look out for one another and stay safe during this extreme weather! 💜
