These are the moments that restore my faith in humanity 💓

Singing together around a fire, elevating a musical prayer as one human family

A reminder that we are always loved & all ways loved

Especially in the moments when it doesn’t feel like it

I think it’s important to be aware of what’s unfolding across the globe — division, fear, hatred, etc.

& because of this, I think it may even more important to focus on what we CAN do to mend the rips in the fabric of our human family

In the day-to-day moments helping a loved one, offering a hug, a smile, a sincere gesture of kindness

These acts may seem tiny & insignificant, but I believe they send a ripple of love across the world

May you remember how loved you are

May you remember to love yourself

May you remember to love others
