Hey ladies and gents, we have our Eat Live Foods Seminar tomorrow with Master Food Preserver Shannon Ramirez. The event is at her farm in Kealakekua from 9:30 -12:30. We will be learning about the fermentation process and it's health benefits as well as sustainable living practices. It will conclude with a vegetarian lunch and products to take home! Please let me know if you're interested.
