Life happens.
You pick up a habit-good, "bad" or cycle through them.
A couple years ago I created a journal prompt that worked for me when I did do it and actually got me excited.
I wanted to share it with you.
Although this is my first time adding pictures as I usually do a quick note in my phone or write it on my whiteboard at home. Choose what works for you.
1. Do this at the beginning of the month
2. Pick a theme you want for the month
3.From your month theme pick a word each week that would help create that
Ex: November I will feel Balanced
Oct 27th-Nov 2nd I will embody Grounded
3rd-9th I will embody Fun
10th-16th I will embody Love
17th-23rd I will embody Gratitude
24th-30th I will embody New
To me it helps your brain rewire some and look for things each week that might help support that.
I'm just saying I swear life is funner when you can theme things in it π
