Losing someone is literally one of THE hardest things EVER.

I been processing, avoiding, researching, connecting, creating and everything in between.

Creating has always been one of my vessels.

Last year during the holidays I printed Aydens name with wings on our pjs and it was just a heart warming feel to have included him.

Recently I've been making bereavement shirts that I now call Halo Hearts.

Their name surrounding your heart as they will always be in your heart and on the back their name between angel wings as they will forever be your guardian angel.

It's crazy to think about 5 years ago I invested in becoming a yoga teacher and create my own yoga business.

What feels even crazier is finding this yoga/healing community and all the connections made.

To see them navigate their businesses with either littles or going from no kids to having littles along with navigating life/business.

I truly do love watching all the connections I've made over the years grow and evolve 🥰 even if I've fallen off social at times. I still think of you guys 💛✨️

It's moments like this where I feel Ayden around me. 🕊🌈 Where it stops me in my tracks👣.

A quiet whisper under my breath saying thank you Ayden.

Thank you for dropping a sign.
Thank you for that little nudge.
Thank you for showing your mom some love.
Thank you for watching over me.

I once heard someone say if you have to stop and think...... 🤔 was that a sign? It deff was a sign. Don't overthink it.

That random tiny 🌈 glow on the carpet at a friend's house was my sign that day ✨️
