Sometimes the hardest part isn’t knowing you need a boundary — it’s finding the words for it.

When grief and the holidays collide, your nervous system can feel overstimulated, overwhelmed, or just… done.

You don’t owe anyone emotional access, explanations, or performances to make others comfortable.

Your boundaries are a form of care — for your heart, your healing, and your capacity.

Take what resonates.
Use these words when you need them.

And remember:
Your grief is valid.
Your pace is allowed.
Your peace matters. 🤍

This journal can be used for any loss not just Infant loss.

I've created journal prompts with examples.

As I am learning more about being a grief movement guide I am looking for people who'd like a gifted 🎁 a free 60 minute session online or in person. One spot per week, but you can book up to 2.

Let's reset your nervous system during the holiday season ❄️

✨️Week of Dec 1st (booked)

✨️Week of Dec 15th
✨️New Years Week

In our session we will work from our chairs or floor to create movement along with breath and sound to release pain and struggle to make room for empowerment.

Movements are nothing crazy. Accessible to all ages and body types. Again literally done seated.

Who This is for....
✨️Those going through life transitions (divorce, job loss, empty nesters etc)
✨️Going through identity shifts (parents, college students, lgtbqi+, caregivers etc)
✨️Any sort of loss (recent or years ago)

If the holidays feel heavier this year… you’re not imagining it.

Grief has a way of making the lights a little too bright, the gatherings a little too loud, and the expectations impossibly high.

You’re carrying memories, love, longing, and the weight of everything that’s changed — all while the world keeps asking you to “be festive.”

That’s a lot for any nervous system.
It makes sense that you feel tired. Overwhelmed. Numb. Or like you’re just trying to get through the next moment.

You're not broken. You're grieving.

And even when it feels like too much, you’re doing the best you can with a heart that’s still learning how to carry both love and loss.

If this speaks to you, you’re not alone. I’m holding space for you this season. 🤍

Although, the holidays can be a time to be grateful it also can bring on the stress and sadness as well.
