High blood pressure is a risk factor for fibroids. I use the sauna as just part of my process for reducing stress and keeping blood pressure under control. Plus it’s relaxing, cleansing and cathartic.

I always get my electrolytes with Max Hydration in before so it does not stress my body, which would be counterproductive.

Starting the day right with Matcha and protein straight from Starbucks that we have at home. 😄

My high protein matcha latte is made with One With Tea organic ceremonial matcha and my homemade hemp/cashew/brazil nut milk

H**p alone is fine too- that’s where the protein comes from, 10g in 3 tbsp, but Brazil and cashew nuts give added magnesium and selenium plus creaminess, and if you have a WinCo nearby they sell in bulk for cheap, cashew as well). ☀️

You can control feelings through your actions. This is important because we can’t survive trying to escape the stress all the time. We have to learn to live through it.

Chronic cortisol elevation can suppress GnRH (gonadotropin-releasing hormone), which influences LH and FSH.

That affects ovulation.

No ovulation = low progesterone.

Low progesterone can mean:
• Heavy bleeding
• Short luteal phases
• Anxiety
• Estrogen dominance symptoms

Simple regulation hack:

Inhale 4 seconds
Exhale 6–8 seconds
× 10 rounds

Longer exhales = safety signal.

Your body will take note.
