Rosalie Harris is a Integrative Health Coach, personal trainer, personal chef/meal prepper, and teaches cooking classes. Rosalie has spent over 7 years baking bread at Ceres Bakery and has spent a total of over 15 years as a professional baker. She graduated from Seattle Central Community College From the Specialty Desserts and Breads program. Food is her passion and has been cooking and baking ever since she was around 4 year old with experience growing, preserving, and tending to animals to produce the highest quality ingredients. With over 20 years as a vegetarian, healthy, delicious food is Rosalie's number one priority and she can help you with that through creating meals for you in your home or teaching you how to cook them yourself! Since 2021, Rosalie has been a Health coach and is committed to helping women find the strength, joy, and peace through busy work days, home life, and everything in between. Her love of health and wellness isn't just within the realms of food and exercise, but also lifestyles, relationships, career, self-care, and more. Her health coaching program guides women to find their true selves while she supports, coaches, and cheers right along side them. After taking a series of women's weight-lifting classes in 2022, Rosalie found how impowering being a physically(emotionally and mentally) strong woman could build her confidence and overall well-being. She wanted to offer personal training along with her health coaching practice since physical exercise is so helpful with easing stress, sleeping better, managing weight and feeling good in your body!
