Karma Blue got spayed yesterday but she just wasn’t feeling her so I went to and purchased some and made her a new one. It’s much more comfortable and she looks like a flower.

Starting the New Year in gratitude is something to be grateful for in itself. With depression as a part of my journey I sometimes forget all that I have to be thankful for. Learning to appreciate and be thankful for all aspects of my life is what makes the darker days a little brighter . Happy 2022.

5 years ago today my coaching deck New Thought, New Action, New Life was released. With the amazing artwork of my childhood friend , Kevin M Smith these cards have helped hundreds of folks to focus on what is possible when we think differently on what is possible . To celebrate this meaningful moment , I am proud to announce that the cards will be re-released soon.
Also, today I announce a new multi-faceted platform I’ve been working in which will include a vlog, Facebook group , online workshops and more. I am calling it Everyday Mahalo. Along with some very special folks, I will be sharing with you people who live their lives in gratitude.
