Walk S L O W L Y

It only takes a reminder to breathe, a moment to be still, and just like that, something in you settles, softens, makes space for imperfection. The harsh voice of judgment drops to a whisper and you remember again that life isn’t a relay race; that waking up to life is what we were born for.
As many times as you forget, catch yourself charging forward, that many times you can make the choice to stop, to breathe, to be, and to walk slowly into the mystery.

Nothing beats a rejuvenating vacation in nature, but it’s always nice to come back home feeling refreshed and ready to tackle work again. The mountains, the fresh air, and the peaceful surroundings have given me a so much needed renewed sense of energy and motivation. Can’t wait to see what I can accomplish with this relaxed mindset 😌⛰️🪨🏞️🌵

How often are you showing up in the present?
Is your line of thought focused on the past, focused on the future, or focused on the present?
The mind likes to wander. Healing only takes place in the present. If we are holding onto too much of the past or clinging to an unknown future, it becomes hard to connect to the present which is the only place healing can occur. Let it go.
Why put off your own inner desire to heal, release, or get over something?
Nothing is more important than you. Make time for you!
