As January comes and we get back into regular life, it is important to remember just because you are returning to normal routines, nothing is gauranteed to go as planned and no one is promised a tomorrow. So as you transition back into “normal” life, get trained to recognize emergencies and provide life saving techniques to those depending on you in critical moments.
