📣 Our partners are hosting a rally tomorrow to say NO to gerrymandering. Why does it matter? Because when politicians manipulate district lines, they silence our voices – and that puts every freedom, including reproductive freedom, at risk.

Join us tomorrow to stand up for fair maps, fair votes, and the freedom to make our own choices.

IT'S OKAY TO NOT BE OKAY💙

Too often, people experiencing suicidal thoughts also carry shame or fear of judgment. That stigma can keep them from reaching out for the help they deserve.

🌟 But we can change that:

- Talk openly about mental health and su***de.
- Listen without judgment.
- Remind friends, coworkers, and family that asking for help is a sign of strength.

The more we normalize these conversations, the easier it becomes for someone to say, “I need help.” And that conversation could save a life.

📞 Need someone to talk to? Call or text 988 for the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline — available 24/7, free & confidential.

***dePreventionWeek is a powerful reminder that every life matters and that support can make all the difference. 💛

At Shatterproof, we know that access to help saves lives. That’s why we’re sharing the 24/7 mental health crisis support hotline, for anyone in need or anyone looking to support a loved one.

Su***de impacts families, friends, and communities. By staying informed, connecting with others, and offering support, we can help reduce stigma and create pathways to hope and healing.

Tools for Kids is a valuable resource to read with children who are impacted by the disease of addiction. These kids deserve to have a safe, caring adult sit with them, remind them they are not alone, and read this together.https://nacoa.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/Tools_for_Kids.pdf
