We started our kids on eating whatever we ate since they started solids and sometimes it's a win and sometimes it's not 🤷‍♀️ I honestly stress very little about how much they eat and more so on offering them a variety (balancing their tried and true favorites with new exposures) throughout the day. They have a consistent snack time between each meal and always have the option of a bowl of oatmeal before bed if they don't like dinner and are still hungry.
