The amount of times I have mentioned basic female anatomy to pregnant women while consulting or teaching childbirth education and get a complete blank stare is innumerable 😅

It’s not a personal failure — it’s a failure of our education systems and family structures!! But if you are adult women who doesn’t know each part of female anatomy and what each part does, or the stages of your monthly cycle, it’s time to learn!!

The book “The Fifth Vital Sign” or “The V*gina Bible” is a great place to start 🌷

I love making a big bowl of this for lunches because you can really add any bits and bobs from your grocery shop to round it out! Such a good option for getting some veggies in the kids and making sure you get rid of any food that could be wasted.
