Around 3:30 pm on 1/14/2026, I hit a wall full of vines — so I stopped everything hit the beach. I laid on the beach while the sand was blowing, the sun was partly hidden due to the time of day, people everywhere, and the water was cold. However, the hour I spent laying on my mat, phone in my bag, listening to the Puerto Rican music being played by the beach guest next to me, was just what I needed.

Here’s what it looks like:
1. Recognize that things are out of control in your mind
2. Head to that place where you know your mind is able to reset
3. Engage with your chosen place

Not every day is perfect, but this reset made a huge difference.
