In my line of work, most people misunderstand mental health. In reality, our mental wellbeing is one of the most overlooked area of our lives. Once I embraced this and made myself a priority I found space in my life for creativity, joy, and sharing.

I thought success looked like a two story house, my favorite SUV, yearly vacations in the Caribbean and Europe, but it actually started when I downsized my closet from three to one, let go of a $1,000 car note, moved to Puerto Rico, closed unnecessary subscriptions, paid my bills by the year instead of by month, and started eating and drinking healthier. That’s when things really shifted for me. What does success look like to you?
