Don't let bad sleep continue to haunt you. Snoring, jaw pain, feeling exhausted, and behavioral issues are all symptoms. It's easy to reach for OTC melatonin or other sleep aids, but they don't treat the cause of poor sleep. NSAIDS and other pain medication can't fix your jaw pain or migraines.
