**Project Manager**
Part-time to start (during training), with the goal of growing into full-time after 90 days.
Project Managers lead our team on packing, organizing, senior transitions, and estate-related projects.
This role includes:
• Leading and supporting the team on job sites
• Making quick decisions to keep jobs on schedule
• Managing daily checklists, supplies, and documentation
• Communicating with clients, team members, and the office
• Staying organized, calm, and productive in a fast-paced environment
Must have reliable transportation and a **clean driving record**, as this role includes driving a company vehicle.
🚛 Bonus points if you know how to load and haul a trailer!

**Senior Transition Assistant**
Starting around 15 hours/week, with the intention of growing into 30+ hours
This role supports senior clients as they downsize, pack, move, and settle into their next chapter.
Requirements include:
• Packing and organizing household items
• Working directly with senior clients
• Following checklists and timelines
• Staying productive and efficient
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Bending, lifting, twisting throughout the day
• Comfort working with older adults, including strong or challenging personalities
• Patience, emotional steadiness, and reliability

**Estate Sale Assistant**
Starting around 15 hours/week, with the intention of growing into 30+ hours
Estate Sale Assistants help stage, price, tag, and run our estate sales.
This role includes:
• Staging and organizing items for sale
• Tagging and pricing using company standards
• Using online tools for pricing research
• Assisting customers during sale days
• Keeping sale areas clean, safe, and organized
• Helping with breakdown and clean-up
Requirements:
• Experience in retail, merchandising, or similar work
• Comfortable staging and tagging items
• Able to stay focused on WORK (this is not a shopping job)
• Not afraid to get a little dirty
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Standing and staying active for the full shift
• Working with urgency and purpose

**Estate Sale Breakdown Specialist**
1–3 breakdowns per month
This role happens **after** our estate sales and includes breaking down equipment and loading the trailer so everything is ready by Sunday evening.
Details:
• Flat $150 per breakdown
• Saturday after the sale closes at 12 PM **or** anytime Sunday
• Breaking down tables, racks, signage, totes, & loading the trailer
• Training provided
Great for someone who likes physical work, can work independently, and wants a little extra income each month.
