Our BNI Business Accelerators is celebrating their one year anniversary this month! We had a 10 minute micro training about the power of targeted one-to-one meetings to generate more referrals (using VCP)- it also looks like they’re going to add two more members – way to go! 😎👊🦅🦅🦅 ~Mike T

Today's In Person Regional Success Meeting in Wichita, KS was AMAZING! Great recognition, Goal Setting, & valuable presentation on avoiding "potholes" in the meeting experience. Potholes are agenda items that are sometimes not done, or done incorrectly. Potholes on the streets devalue the driving/riding experience, can adversely affect alignment, and can be costly in repairs. Similarly, missing or incorrect agenda items devalue the membership experience & can decrease referrals & revenue.

BNI River City Lawrence had 2 special visitors from St Louis this week- Katie and Juan (he is the dude with the mustache lol)-  they also started the new year off right by adding two new members! … we presented an extended education moment that talked about VCP and passing even better referrals, using structured one-to-one meetings - incredible meeting this week! ~Mike T

Had a great time visiting BNI Chapter One’s Visitor Day!
Kira Johnston-Owens leads this marketing team with passion. The energy in the room was incredible, and it was inspiring to see so many professionals genuinely committed to supporting one another’s success.

Jess Ferrell, with the non-profit Center of Grace gave an inspiring Educational Moment!

The connections, conversations, and shared mindset of collaboration made it clear why this chapter continues to thrive. Grateful for the warm welcome and the opportunity to learn, connect, and grow alongside such an outstanding group of people.

Networking is a verb, not a noun. 🤝
Mike Tobin led a great training with the BNI Elite crew today on the mechanics of the referral.
We talked about how "Visibility" only gets you in the door. To reach "Profitability," you have to build "Credibility" through:
1. Preparation: Treating every 1-to-1 like a strategic briefing.
2. Synergy: Surrounding yourself with a Power Team that multiplies your reach.
Bottom line: Don’t just join a network. Do something with it.

 A few days ago, we lost Randy Welch. Randi was one of my closest friends and an exceptional leader.  I worked closely with him.
Most BNI members know and loved Randy. We’ll miss you, bro.
