New year brings on more and better changes 💜
1. Full sets have switched over to flat rate pricing. I have already moved my fills over and been testing it for a few months, and it is so much simpler. This is to help eliminate any confusion or questions about which set to book. Now it is one price no matter the set, natural, or dramatic. No hidden fees, no switch-ups. Know exactly what you are getting charged each time!
2. I gave a heads-up for months. But it has now taken effect, pre-booked appointments are locked in at the old price. Anything booked from today moving forward will be charged the new price! Check that out and make sure you know exactly how much you are paying.
3. Reminder all reschedules and changes to your appointment must be made 48 hours in advance. As my business continues to grow larger by the day it is getting more difficult to fill those spots in. Your deposit will be used for one reschedule, but anything more will require a new deposit. Please from now moving forward use the booking site to reschedule. I have always been happy to help, but by the time I get my hands on my phone, it could be days later. It’s so much quicker for you and me to use Acuity!
4. I am no longer offering brow services as a full service. They will only be add-ons to additional services. This was a hard decision to make 🥲. I truly enjoy doing brows and watching my skills grow. Unfortunately, they are just not what I see in my vision anymore. I will still be tinting & waxing, just make sure to check out the add-ons section of your appointment. 💜
5. Closed Monday! I will no longer be working on Mondays. This year I truly want to show up with intention and that means no burnout! Showing up with a full cup and giving my 100% to all my clients.
6. I am so excited to keep growing and working with my facials. Restructuring my facials brings easier booking for everyone. I hope to bring on more packages and provide exciting more experiences for everyone.
