This is a great way to “hit a meeting” and get some exercise and do a short meditation.

I made a valiant effort but the roads were too slick and stalled cars were proving to be a bit much to maneuver around. the last Y12SR of the year had to be canceled. In early 2020
I am launching a web site, moving my yoga informed recovery coaching practice into a new space and looking to find a new space to hold Y12SR on a regular basis.
