We are so honored and excited to FINALLY get the $1,500 💵 you all raised from our 👨🚒 Thin Red Line Shirt Fundraiser into the the hands of the 363 Hunt Club today at the John V. Mesh Memorial Ride. All proceeds from that ride go to the John V. Mesh Memorial Scholarship, which is a a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to sponsoring learning opportunities for children and scholarships for those interested in a profession within conservation.
As most in this city and surrounding areas remember, on the evening of October 12, 2015, John V. Mesh and fellow firefighter FAO Larry Leggio tragically died in the line of duty as a result of their fatal injuries sustained when an exterior wall collapsed on them. This scholarship was created to honor the memory and legacy of John and his passion for the outdoors, which he passed to his 4 daughters.

Quick brief for the long delay from July ‘21: After COVID repeatedly pushed back our meeting to deliver the check to the first charity we were working with, and then our contact with them ended up moving and we were unable to get ahold of a new contact with them, long time KCT Fam Jame Moran (won’t let us tag 🫤) was able to get us in touch with the awesome folks at the 363 Hunt Club. So thank you everyone for donating, getting us all in touch, and your continued support of KC Trucks!
As always, KC Trucks always has and always will support and back Police, Fire, Medical, Military, and all those who protect, serve, and keep us safe!
