My journey to holistic living started at University, were I graduated with dual degrees in Dietetics and Public Health Nutrition. From there my journey with holistic wellness has been every changing and I’m pleased to say I’ve grown and am still constantly learning. One of the joys I have with this field is there is always something to learn, new studies to review and new meal creations to be had.

I am a firm believer in intuitive eating, and this concept itself ebbs and flows. What our body needs changes during different seasons of life, my hope is to help people experience foods that comfort and support their body as well as share some of my life with you all. I have a passion for cooking and people, so here I am today - sharing and cooking for you folks in the Johnson County Kansas City, KS area! Our meals will be mostly vegan and always organic when possible!
