The only thing I gained from the Super Bowl last night is the beautiful messaging of love over hate, the importance of having community, and really great snacks.

How are you feeling? Are you tense in your body? Unclench that jaw. Release your stomach and drop your shoulders. Allow yourself to actually breathe.

While you’re here, let’s check in. Are you scrolling to disassociate? Distract?

I see you and I hear you.
