Be present. Ground into your body and get out of your head. Take 2 minutes to stop and name 5 things you see, 4 things you can touch(bring awareness to the things you can physically feel), 3 things you can hear(tune into your environment and identify 3 sounds.), 2 things you can smell(if you cant smell anything think of your two favorite smells and imagine them), and 1 thing you can taste.(focus on one thing you can taste, if you cant taste anything, recall a taste you love and imagine it)

Time to wake up. The Lion roars in waves of remembrance. Each one completely shattering any walls left to hold. The waves are crashing down and taking out everything in their path. This is the clearing of the old. The birth. The renewal. Gentle yet terrifying. And yet in the end, it's loves doorstep you wash up on. Soaking wet with your hair all a mess. Clothes tattered and youre missing a shoe. Love gazes upon your raw, true, messiness. That essence! And sees YOU. You are LOVED. You are CHERISHED. Ride the waves. Remember.

Healing is messy. Waking up is messy. It's hard to snap into awareness with nothing anchoring you. It's scary and confusing when you get swept up in the current of remembering.

Once you find your footing, even just a little bit, you start to see the path. Things start falling into place right before your eyes. The steps you take start clicking for you. It all makes sense. This message is for anybody feeling lost or confused right now. Hang in there and know that clarity comes after the confusion. Everything is falling into place, just as it should. The uncertainty, the perceived loss, it all makes sense in the end. Transmission received. ♥ ✨
