Blissful Life

Blissful Life Empowering women to find confidence, clarity & courage to pursue the life they truly desire. And it is our obligation to see it through.

Life is hard, busy and it's easy to give up on our dreams, or at least that's what I did. When we start listening to our inner hater, believing we can't do it or that we're not enough, we lose ourselves and at times it's hard to get out of it. We are not too busy, too old, too young (or whatever other excuses we give ourselves), to find our purpose and to live a life that is fulfilling! We were gi

Today my husband and I have been married for 17 years. We’ve been through good times and some of the hardest times in our lives. He’s my knight in shining armor, my protector and I’m so grateful that I get to grow old with him. Cheers to many more years together sweetheart!

“She believed she could, so she did.” 💫

This isn’t just a cute quote.
It’s a quiet revolution.
It’s the moment a woman stops shrinking.
The day she stops waiting for permission.
The season she reclaims her clarity, her confidence, and her courage.

I’ve seen it happen again and again—
✨ The mom who remembered her dreams
✨ The woman who left a draining job for a meaningful career
✨ The leader who finally said “yes” to herself

They believed.
They did.
And their lives changed.

If you’re in the messy middle—juggling life, career, family, and that nagging feeling that something’s missing—I see you. And you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Let’s talk. Your next chapter doesn’t need to wait. www.theBlissfulLifeCoaching.com

Finding Peace by Letting Go

You can’t be your best self when you're holding on so tightly.

To control.
To fear.
To perfection.
To the belief that if you stop, it’ll all fall apart.

But what if letting go is the very thing that sets you free?

When we release control, we make space—
For more fun.
For more love.
For more you.

Peace doesn’t come from having everything under control.
It comes from trusting yourself enough to surrender what you can't control.

And when we pause long enough to feel, we start to understand:
That knot in your stomach? Maybe it's not fear.
Maybe it's excitement in disguise.
That urge to manage everything? Maybe it's a sign you’re ready for more ease.

Your soul was never meant to live in survival mode.
Your mind was never meant to run on constant overdrive.
Your body was never meant to carry the weight of everything.

Take a moment. Breathe.
Name the emotion. Reframe the story.

Ask yourself:

What belief am I holding that’s keeping me in fear?
What would this moment feel like if I chose peace over pressure?
What’s possible when I create space for joy, not just responsibility?

Letting go isn’t giving up. It’s opening up.
To freedom.
To alignment.
To becoming the most peaceful, powerful version of you.

If you resonate with this, please like, share, or comment. We all need peace in our lives.

Also, if you're looking for or know someone who'd benefit from working with a coach, DM me.

Letting Go, Slowing Down, Trusting More

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is... nothing.

Not fix.
Not manage.
Not plan our way out of uncertainty.

Just breathe.

Letting go of control isn’t a one-time decision.
It’s a practice of trusting that things will unfold—without us forcing it all to happen.

We live in a culture that rewards doing.
But peace lives in being.

When we slow down, sit with our feelings, and breathe deeply, we give ourselves space to ask:

What am I really feeling beneath the urge to control?
What would it feel like to just trust this moment?
Can I be grateful for this breath, even if everything isn’t figured out yet?

Stillness is where clarity finds us.
Breath is where healing begins.
Gratitude is where peace takes root.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed today, here’s your gentle reminder:
You don’t have to hold it all.
You don’t have to solve it all.
Just take one conscious breath—and trust that it’s enough for now. 💛

If you or someone you know resonates with this, share it, tag them, or like it. In such a busy world, we all need to be reminded to slow down and give ourselves grace in doing it.

Good morning.

Welcome to my morning walk.

Enjoy the sounds of the cool breeze, the rustling leaves, and the birds chirping.

Feel the warmth of the Sun on your skin.

Take some time to slow down with me.

Breathe in gratitude - breathe out the stress and the limiting beliefs.

Let it go.

Know that everything will be okay.

You are enough.

You are beautiful.

You are kind.

With love - your cheerleader,
Drew

Why do we feel like we have to do it all?

Why is asking for help so uncomfortable—even when we’re drowning?

For many of us, control isn't just about being organized or efficient.
It's about safety. Identity. Worth.

We hold on because letting go feels like…

❌ Admitting we can’t handle it
❌ Releasing an identity we’ve worked so hard to maintain
❌ Trusting others to care as much as we do
❌ Risking judgment from people who’ve praised us for "doing it all"

But here's the truth:

✅ Delegating doesn’t make you less capable
✅ Rest doesn’t make you lazy
✅ Asking for help doesn’t make you weak

Control can feel comforting, but it’s a false safety net—
and over time, it turns into a heavy cage.

If you want to start loosening your grip, try asking yourself:

What am I afraid will happen if I let go of this task?
What am I trying to prove—and to whom?
Who could support me if I allowed them to?
What would it feel like to trust instead of control?
What’s the cost—emotionally, mentally, physically—of doing it all alone?

Letting go takes courage. But your peace is worth it.

Start small. One task. One ask. One moment of trust.
You were never meant to do life alone. 💛
