Due to our recent reward of a grant from the Kansas City Health Department, we are now able to offer all of our postpartum support circles FREE OF CHARGE!

I am so excited about this change and what it will mean to the moms in our community 🥰

In honor of World Breastfeeding Week, here are ✨THREE Things I Wish Everyone Knew Before Breast-feeding✨ from a doula and nursing mom of six years 🤱

Breastfeeding, Pumping, Formula Feeding, or a combination of it all — we as doulas support every parents journey to finding the best way for them to fed their baby!

That being said, these three things are common hurdles I see sabotage people’s breastfeeding journeys and what I’d like every parent to know as they strive towards their nursing goals 🥰
