Inclusion isn’t a buzzword. It’s a daily decision.
As we begin National Inclusion Week, we’re reflecting on what true inclusion looks like, not just in schools, the workplace, or public spaces, but in systems, services, and support.
It’s not just about physical access or invitations to the table. It’s about belonging. It's about designing systems that recognize neurodiversity, honor every kind of learner, and remove barriers before they become roadblocks.
For employers, inclusion isn’t just a policy. It’s an opportunity. It means rethinking hiring, training, and communication to ensure neurodivergent team members aren’t just present, but supported.
When employees feel seen and valued for who they are, performance rises, retention improves, and innovation flourishes.
An inclusive workplace is a more resilient, more human workplace.
This week is a reminder: when inclusion is intentional, everyone benefits because an inclusive world isn’t just better for some. It’s better for all.
What’s one small change you’ve seen, or made, that created more belonging for someone else?
